Ecstasy is the flavor of leaning in to life and being fully present with each moment. It is the loud shouts and soft whispers of moments flowing through our lives. It is my umbrella term for all of it–death, fucking, fighting, sadness, joy, wonder, awe–all of this is ecstasy.
Inheriting Ecstasy is a process of remembering what it is to be fully present and alive in a body, so that we may experience all of the pleasures that life has to offer. Inheriting Ecstasy is a process that happens from our ancestor’s bodies to our bodies–allowing the blessings of those who lived lives and died deaths of joy and wonder, to land and permeate throughout our lives. It is also a process that happens from our bodies to the bodies of our descendants–the joy, pleasure, strength, and vitality that we cultivate in this lifetime will go on to feed the children of tomorrow.
This is not only about cultivating your body’s capacity for pleasure, this is about the expansion of your capacity for pleasure watering the roots of resilient pleasure which feed the more beautiful worlds to come and the worlds that came before.
This is a process that happens at the speed of the body. This is a practice that spans lifetimes. The tools that you learn in our work together are tools that you can carry with you and pass on to your lovers, your friends, and your children. The tools you learn in our work together guide you towards ways of being in a body that our ancestors knew, that’s why I frame it as an inheritance and a remembering.
My practice of Inheriting Ecstasy is grounded in the tools and practice of Somatic Sex Education and Ancestral Erotic Healing.

This is a 1:1 client practice that resources a variety of techniques and practices to help you explore and deepen your understanding of your own body, desires, and sexual expression.
This work is client-directed and grounded in the practice of somatics to help you develop a greater awareness and acceptance of your body, feelings, and desires.
Our sessions can take place online or in person. In addition to somatic practices, I’m happy to answer any questions you may have, talk through any challenges, and provide a listening ear.
Folks may reach out to me to partner with me in this work with the intentions of
- Identifying more touch and experiences that bring them pleasure
- Feeling more empowered in their body
- Undoing shame from their past
- Practicing speaking up about what they want and don’t want
- Having an orgasm or feeling them more strongly

I am open to working with folks of all gender expressions. I am grateful for every person who comes curious about how they can have this ancestrally harmonized pleasure experience, though I especially love working with women identified folks.
Ancestral Erotic Healing

This is a specialized arc of 1:1 somatic sex education sessions that brings you into relationship with your ancestors of pleasure, makes an offering to your ancestors who will most benefit, and situates you as a pleasure ancestor of the future. This arc of sessions ends with an erotic ritual. What this ritual looks like and the path we take to get there is woven by the choices of your body.

Who Am I?
I am a dedicated Somatic Sex Educator interested in the intersection of spiritual and somatic practices, particularly in the areas of ancestral trauma and establishing good relations with the dead. I have explored my own erotic capacities with the practice and performance of shibari suspension (Japanese erotic rope tying).
My unique offerings have included online ancestral healing workshops, individual ancestral healing erotic massage sessions, consulting on developing spiritual practice, and introductory shibari workshops.
